Prenatal and postpartum yoga
Emily is a E-RYT 200 and has specific training in Power Vinyasa, Restorative, Myofascial Release, and Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga. Emily offers private yoga sessions either in her office in Littleton or in your home. Sessions are $60 for 45 minutes or a series of four classes for $195. All RWC clients receive a 15% discount on pricing.
Emily believes that during pregnancy mind/body connection is even more critical for the health and well being of both the birthing person and baby. All classes will foster a deeper connection with your amazing body through slow strengthening postures, breath work, myofascial release, and mental preparation for the hard work of labor.
Post birth it is important to reconnect and rediscover the strength of your physical and mental selves. Postpartum class will help to rebuild abdominal strength, promote body awareness in daily parenting activities (breastfeeding, carrying a carseat, etc), and provide time for you to be quiet and still and rejuvenate.
Coaching
Mind Body Coaching guides YOU through embodied transformation. Working with Emily, a Certified Mind Body Coach, will be an opportunity to gain awareness of somatic sensations, conditioned responses in your body/actions and make change that aligns your world with your purpose. This container is right for all people. As a coach Emily specializes in supporting people in moments of transition, women’s empowerment, and those on a fertility/parenthood journey.
Coaching relationships typically last 9-12 sessions and work towards a set of co-created goals. Investment for these sessions is $700 per month. RWC clients receive a 10% discount on all coaching sessions. There are somatic/body awareness practices embedded throughout.
